Qualifying compulsory paper Paper – VIII Computer Literacy & Educational Application
Evaluation of papers I to VI
Each theory paper will carry 100 marks out of which 80 marks will be externally assessed at the final examination and 20 marks to be internally assessed. Out of the 20 marks 10 marks shall be for assessing the sessional work and 10 marks for the mid-term test.

Teaching practice and Practical work
Teaching practice: The Teaching practice will carry 300 marks comprising : 1. Internal assessment - 200 marks 2. External Examination – 100 marks
3. External Examination will be held in one subject of 100 marks. |

Internship: |
Apart from teaching practice experience in school, the student- teacher should function as a regular teacher in a school (I, e, taking attendance, organizing and participating in all the school activities, like assembly, games, Bal Sabah's, cultural and literacy programmes, preparing notice, examination papers, maintenance of school record etc.)
The student-teacher should prepare a report about the school experience with specific reference to their chosen areas of specialization. Internship may also be utilized for completing the application based assignment of the theory papers.

Trainee-teachers are expected to develop the following records:-

- Report of Psychotically experiments
- Audio- Visual practical life
- Report of school activity / case study / action research

Working out the result for awarding division. |
i. A candidate in order to be declared successful at the B. Ed. Examination shall be required to pass separately in part-1 (theory) and part- 2 (practice of Teaching)
ii. For a pass in part-1 (Theory) a candidate shall be required to obtain at least-(a) 30% marks in each theory paper the (b) 36% marks in the aggregate of all the theory papers.
iii. For a pass in part-2 (Practice of Teaching) a candidate shall be required to pass separately in the Internal & External Examinations and obtain at least 40 marks in each.

The successful candidates will be classified in three divisions and shall be assigned separately in theory and practice of Teaching as follows: |
